I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I truly enjoyed the plentiful and delicious food at both breakfast and dinner. The onsen had a wonderful atmosphere, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. However, the room we stayed in felt quite old and was not worth the hefty price we paid, especially given the state of the bathtub. Overall, while there were some amazing aspects, the room left much to be desired for the price we paid.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the buffet for breakfast and dinner was both plentiful and delicious. The onsen had a lovely atmosphere and plenty of activities to keep us engaged. However, the room itself left much to be desired, especially considering the high price we paid.
